One of our bracing partners, Springloaded Technologies, has put together an excellent strengthening program called the Knee Boost Home Workout for knee osteoarthritis if you are just starting out. This is any easy to follow program that sends you one short video per week. These videos introduce you to simple, effective exercises you can do right at home with minimal equipment.
In addition, the physical therapist instructor review some of the key concepts bout Knee OA you have learned in this course and answers some common question. This is highly recommended for those of you with moderate to severe Knee Osteoarthritis who find it hard to get started with exercise.
