It is presented in a easy-to-follow format, and includes links to video and handy digital tools and websites. Most lessons are short and can be completed in less than 5 minutes.
We recommend you do one chapter per week, although you will probably want to get started on an exercise program right away. If you are not working with a physiotherapist on an individualized exercise program already, you may want to jump to Pillar 4: Get it Strong! right away to get some ideas for this.
